Project included the removal and replacement of 1000 plus windows, retrofit of stucco wall assemblies due to water leakage. Our scope of work included the repair of consequential damages.

Sonata Homes, Escondido, Ca.
Install 16,000 feet of subsurface drainage around existing occupied homes. Complete all consequential damages including major stucco, fRAMing, and drywall repairs. Replace 700 plus failed windows.

Cal Ridge, San Jose, Ca.
Install missing concrete tie beams on 156 homes. Retrofit undersized glulam beams in 37 homes. Install 2' x 20' concrete piers and haunches around 4 occupied homes and stabalize hillside. Complete all necessary consequential repairs.
