• All gutters and downspouts will be done in aluminum so that it won’t rust. A baked on enamel paint finish is used so that the finish won’t need to be maintained.
• Gutters will be installed with hangers rather than large nails or spikes that go through the gutter. The spikes can loosen and pull away from the fascia board as the gutter fills with snow and ice. The hangers are screwed in and are less prone to pulling out of the 2x framing.
